Hi everyone- Ever since I can remember I have had a deep-seated passion for helping others. I believe wholeheartedly in the therapeutic benefits of Yoga, Reiki, and Holistic modalities. As an experienced teacher who has taught in public and private settings, retreats, holistic workshops, and festivals. A festival innovator, sound healing facilitator, and Yoga Alliance continuing educational provider who provides internationally and nationwide.
In 2017 I began to seek the path of self-discovery. I knew the life I had been living was not one which fulfilled me mentally, spiritually, or physically. I completed my 200 RYT knowing I had just started walking a predestined path.
I decided to delve deeper into the yoga practice and travel to Northern India. Finding myself at the base of the Himalayas on the banks of the Ganges River. Learning and living the Ashram life. While in India I acquired my 500 RYT. Spending time in India also allowed for me to learn about Ayurveda and sound healing. India gave me a deep perspective on life, certainly yoga, culture, and vulnerability.
India provided an experience that facilitated the closest I had felt to living and being immersed in the true yogic path. A practitioner trained in the East who teaches lineage and practice in the West.
The India experience mesmerized me. I found myself intertwined in the Indian culture, which allowed me to understand yoga on a deep, authentic, and traditional level. I witnessed and observed the lifestyle, traditions, dedication, and absolute sacredness of the practice and culture. I was fascinated, still am. Little did I know these seeds were planted inside me. Unlocked inside of me- the embodiment of yoga as a pathway to live - one much greater than the act of doing.
