Yoga and Reiki are commitments to oneself, the spiritual path, and a way to help regulate mental and physical ailments.  I’m a firm believer in energy and its interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul connection.  These platforms provide me with a strong heartfelt desire to continue to lead, learn, and serve.

REIKI

A Japanese energy healing modality in which the Reiki practitioner lays their hands on or above certain body areas. They are meant to stimulate the body's innate healing ability. The term Reiki loosely translates to "Universal Energy.”

How does Reiki Help?
Reiki can help heal on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. I work closely with the chakra system to create chakra healing and chakra balancing. Have you got stress? You can use Reiki for anxiety.

Reiki Healing Sessions
In our Reiki session, I will channel this healing energy, which helps shift from coping to healing. I offer distance energy healing sessions as well as in-person sessions.

It is my greatest honor to help anyone on their path of healing and self-improvement.

Benefits of Yoga
Yoga aids the mind body to be more balanced, flexible, mobile, and fluid. Yoga improves physical and mental strength. It can induce relaxation, empower, and energize. Yoga supports the healing process in many ways. It helps a person experience symptoms with more centeredness and less distress.

Private Yoga Classes
I help provide clients with self-regulatory techniques to help ease physical and mental strain. Yoga opens a passageway to explore and create internal blooming by teaching connection, mindfulness, and patience.

I look forward to speaking with you and discussing your individual needs.

Private Aireal™ Yoga Sessions

Aireal™ Yoga is a trademarked t therapeutic version of aerial yoga. We are approved by the national association of sports medicine and were the first version of aerial yoga to be approved by the Yoga Alliance. Aireal's aerial yoga has its foundations in hatha yoga. It is safety-oriented from the connection points, aerial hammocks, and aerial rigs. Aireal™ Yoga is approved, trained, and engineered for safety.

What You Experience in an AirealYoga Class
This practice can be incredibly mindful similar to a restorative yoga practice. It can also be strength-building like power yoga and everything in between. Using the hammock as a prop allows access to the fascia tissue, often hard to reach in a regular flow-based practice, all the while working on balance and proper alignment. Often yoga poses that are not accessible for a client in a traditional approach are accessible by utilizing the hammock to assist and spot. Known to challenge, still the mind, and calm the nervous system. Oh, and the floating Shavasana!
